MTÜ noOR – noOR to friends – was created in 2004 with the aim to increase the participation of special needs youth in the society, however, all youngsters are very welcome to participate in our activities. In fact we believe that each and every one of us is simply unique and therefore it is important for us to approach youngsters individually – so that everyone could participate and share their experience.

A large part of our current activities make up international youthwork projects, such as ESC volunteering (European Solidarity Corps volunteering), youth exchanges and trainings. In those projects we participate both as the coordinating and sending organisation. International youthwork projects have given us thorough knowledge on intercultural learning, project management and youthwork.

Our partners are youth centers and schools, such as Tallinna Tugikeskus Juks,
Päevakeskus Käo, Päevakeskus Vinger MTÜ, and others. We are always opened to new partners who are interested in involving special needs youth.

Currently noOR is active with coordinating volunteering services in Estonia, which is funded by European Union European Solidarity Corps program.
